I. University Introduction
深圳理工大學(xué)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“深圳理工”）是深圳新成立的一所大學(xué)，深圳是一座充滿魅力、動(dòng)力、活力和創(chuàng)新力的城市。學(xué)校在中國(guó)科學(xué)院和廣東省的支持下，以中國(guó)科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院優(yōu)質(zhì)豐厚的科教產(chǎn)教資源為基礎(chǔ)，“高起點(diǎn)、高水平、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量”建設(shè)一流新型研究型大學(xué)。深圳理工已建設(shè)生命健康學(xué)院、合成生物學(xué)院、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與控制工程學(xué)院、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)院、材料科學(xué)與能源工程學(xué)院、藥學(xué)院、算力微電子學(xué)院七個(gè)學(xué)科交叉專業(yè)學(xué)院；細(xì)胞與基因技術(shù)研究院、未來農(nóng)業(yè)研究院、人工智能研究院等前沿技術(shù)研究院。
2024年首次招收本科生，共在廣東省錄取物理類考生120人，其中最高錄取分?jǐn)?shù)為664分，最低錄取分?jǐn)?shù)為624分，最低分?jǐn)?shù)超本科線182分。深圳理工作為新型研究型大學(xué)的代表，以創(chuàng)新獨(dú)特的人才培養(yǎng)模式、弘揚(yáng)科學(xué)家精神和特區(qū)精神的校園文化等得到了考生和家長(zhǎng)的廣泛關(guān)注與認(rèn)可。
Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT) is a newly established University at Shenzhen, the power city of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship. Upon an agreement between the Chinese Academy Sciences and the Shenzhen Government, SUAT was initiated and established by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The mission of SUAT is to nurture top-notch innovative young talents in critical academic fields in high demand by the urgent needs of national and global development. As such, SUAT has built a brand-new campus, designed innovative academic programs, created (Yale-like) residential colleges and established academic faculties in several multi-disciplinary fields. These initial efforts by SUAT have received consistently positive responses and support from students and parents. Comparing the scores of the very first cohort of SUAT’s UG students, SUAT has been ranked #1 among all universities that are headquartered in Guangdong Province. Indeed, the students SUAT admitted this year are among the top 1.2% among all students who applied for colleges.

生命健康學(xué)院秉持“探索生命奧秘，尋求科學(xué)真諦”的愿景，從人類健康的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求出發(fā)，融匯國(guó)際創(chuàng)新資源，發(fā)展生命與健康前沿交叉學(xué)科，探索生命與智能的本質(zhì)，促進(jìn)新醫(yī)科發(fā)展，服務(wù)人類健康。教研團(tuán)隊(duì)由加拿大皇家科學(xué)院院士、德國(guó)科學(xué)院院士領(lǐng)銜，10余位世界一流的資深教授任學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，團(tuán)隊(duì)聚集一批來自世界著名學(xué)府的青年教師骨干。生命健康學(xué)院以國(guó)家生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的重大需求和學(xué)科前沿為導(dǎo)向，圍繞解決生命健康領(lǐng)域的前沿基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)問題、突破關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)、培養(yǎng)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才，推動(dòng)學(xué)科專業(yè)與新興產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，推動(dòng)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新。
The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences adheres to the vision of "exploring the mysteries of life and seeking the truth of science". Starting from the strategic needs of human health development, it integrates international innovation resources, develops cutting-edge interdisciplinary subjects in life and health, explores the essence of life and intelligence, and is committed to promoting the development of new medicine and serving human health. The teaching and research team is led by the Academician of the Academy of Science of Royal Society of Canada and the Academician of the German Academy of Science. More than 10 world-class senior professors serve as academic leaders, and the backbone young teachers come from famous universities around the world. The Faculty of Life and Health is guided by the major needs of the country's biomedicine field and disciplinary frontiers, focusing on solving cutting-edge basic scientific problems in the field of life and health, making breakthroughs in key core technologies, cultivating top innovative talents, promoting the coordinated development of disciplines, majors and emerging industries, and stimulating innovative mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

IV. Position Responsibilities
1.全面主持生命健康學(xué)院的教學(xué)、科研和相關(guān)行政管理工作。
1. Fully preside over the teaching, scientific research, and related administrative management of the Faculty of Life and Health.
2.積極引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外高層次人才，培養(yǎng)中青年骨干教師，建設(shè)一支高水平的教師隊(duì)伍。
2. Actively introduce high-level talents from home and abroad, cultivate young and middle-aged backbone teachers, and build a high-level faculty team.
3. 探索創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，推進(jìn)教學(xué)與課程體系改革，培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐能力的專業(yè)人才。
3. Explore innovative talent training models, promote the reform of teaching and curriculum systems, and cultivate professional talents with innovative spirit and application practice ability.

1.具有一定的國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)院系或研究院所管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如院級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、系主任等相關(guān)管理崗位。

2.最佳的申請(qǐng)截止日期為2025年2月9日。此招聘公告在2025-2026學(xué)年之前將持續(xù)接受申請(qǐng)并篩選潛在候選人，直到確定人選。
